Pearce robotics     This November, middle and high school students will have the opportunity to work alongside Pearce Augustenborg, Edison Ford educator, to learn about programming and robotics. This three-part class on robotics and computer science will prepare students to work with, build and code a custom robot. Each class will have a minimum of six students per class and a maximum of ten students.

  • November 4 – Students learn the basic architecture of C+ based code. Within a small group, students will code and move servos and motors to accomplish a task.

  • November 18 – Students will learn basic mechanics and how to wire a tetrix based robot. Students become more comfortable with Robot C code as their software begins to match their hardware.

  • November 25 – In the final class students use all their knowledge to accomplish several difficult tasks.
